Cancelling his standing Ⓨ to Ⓩ can be quite difficult due to the latter Normal's speed, but it'll allow Sonic to perform a seven-hit combo if Sonic performs his standing punches from light to heavy and kicks from light to heavy at the right time. He can cancel any of his Normals into a different Normal, which could result in a heavy combo if his crouching Ⓐ, Ⓑ and Ⓒ are cancelled into his aerial Normals from light to heavy.
